One Time Pass Terms & Conditions
- The Company provides a One Time Pass eSIM, a simplified service for Internet access using a compatible mobile device. One Time Pass eSIM, is provided using third party numbering resources (such as MSISDN and/or IMSI) not belonging to the Company. For the avoidance of doubt, it is not considered to be one of telecommunicartion Services covered by T&C and it cannot be used to facilitate other Services provided by the Company.
- The One Time Pass eSIM is available in various data package size, is valid only for specfic country, for a limited number of days. Purchase of One Time Pass eSIM is considered a contract between the Company and the Customer which is terminated either when the active data package is exhausted, it's duration is over, or the Customer deletes One Time Pass eSIM from their mobile device. The One Time Pass eSIM is strictly limited to one mobile device and cannot be uninstalled and installed to another mobile device. eSIM installation instructions are provided in the app and in the e-mail.
- The Customer is charged for One Time Pass eSIM during the purchase and eSIM issuance. There will be no additional charges after the purchase. After One Time Pass eSIM installation to the mobile device and/or after the Internet is accessed for the first time using One Time Pass eSIM it is considered used and cannot be refunded.
- An active Internet connection such as WiFi provided by a third party is required to install the One Time Pass eSIM.
- It is the Customer's responsibility to make sure that One Time Pass eSIM is purchased for the required country, their mobile device is compatible with eSIM, and the One Time Pass eSIM is installed to the intended device.
- The Company does not provide services such as low data quota remaining notifications in respect of One Time Pass eSIM.
